Easy Returns for Damaged Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nitka Designs! While we don't offer monetary refunds, we do accept returns and offer store credit or replacements for items that arrive damaged.
π Our Return Policy
Here's when you can return an item:
- Only if the item is damaged.
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You'll need to provide a clear unboxing video that starts from the moment you open the sealed package. This helps us verify the damage.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- The clear unboxing video showing the damage.

Once we approve your return, we'll cover the shipping cost and guide you through the next steps.

- We cannot accept returns without prior approval or without an unboxing video. This video is crucial for processing your request!
π Refunds & Store Credit
We don't offer monetary refunds. However, if your return for a damaged item is approved, you'll receive either:
- A gift coupon for the value of your item.
- The option to re-purchase the same item, depending on its availability.
π Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if your item is damaged. In such cases, we'll replace it for you, subject to stock availability. Remember, the unboxing video is required for any exchange requests due to damage.
β Cancellations
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they've been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming.
