We are committed to promoting the incredible work of handcrafted artisans from India. Our products are carefully selected and sourced from talented artisans across India, ensuring authenticity and quality.

Currently, Nitka Designs operates exclusively as an online store, allowing us to reach customers across the UAE.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email or message with tracking details.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days within the UAE. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or major sales events.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific location within the UAE. Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged items, and requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package. For full details, please refer to our {Return and Refund Policy}

No, we do not offer monetary refunds. If your return for a damaged item is approved, we will issue a gift coupon or allow you to re-purchase the item, depending on availability.
